We have started the work to set up the technical services needed to support an IT landscape that will be developed and operated in a hybrid cloud model. The technical services we deliver, will enable the IT landscape to transform and take leverage on cloud computing services. You will be one of the key players in our cloud platform engineering and services team that establish, evolve and drive the implementation of cloud technology architecture for common cloud technical services for Inter IKEA in connected value chain.
You will be responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of outstanding common cloud technology architecture. You will apply industry architecture standards for cloud platform engineering that supports uniform technology foundations and rapid, continuous deliverables.
You will provide cloud architecture direction and expertise and evolve the way we develop and deliver outstanding cloud platform services in a people, process and technology perspective.
You will support cloud technology architecture in on-boarding from advisory start interacting with many players ensuring well-architected operational excellence across interdependent platforms and automated guardrails for highly fit, safe and cost optimized services.
You will be phased with the challenge of understanding what the technical foundations services must look like to service the "IKEA future ambitions", supporting the current business challenges and have a clear vision and action plan of how we move in-between:
Define, create and drive the architectural requirements and design for a common cloud technology architecture to support micro services in a cloud hybrid technology model.
Drive the cloud technology architecture lifecycle roadmaps in tactical parts with clear communication, outcome-based execution and operational excellence end to end.
Provide support, expertise and guidance including documentation that helps the consumers of cloud technology architecture and the platform engineering teams to enable and utilize the amazing technical services in easy and automated ways.
Ensure security by design for common cloud architecture technology foundations and services working closely with security teams to protect the IKEA brand.
The position is located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
