About the position
Our IT Applications team works with the management and development of IT services according to the ITIL standard. We use the ITSM and Efecte case management system for our workflow. This position is mainly about technical and application troubleshooting and problem solving within IFS. Location of the position is Borlänge, Sweden.
In this position you will identify, discuss, report and correct IT errors and solutions to IFS servers and manage system permissions. You will create events and perform SQL searches to retrieve information from the system databases and troubleshoot the IFS system when customers have problems. After some time you will become a technical expert as part of project work around the IFS system. Our internal customers are Borlänge site's departments e.g. maintenance, workshop, storage, purchasing, invoice management and finance.

Your qualifications
We expect you to have Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and excellent IT skills.
You have experience and knowledge in SQL Server and/or Oracle and the ability to perform complex database queries. Working with IFS and experience of working in projects is seen as a benefit. It's good to have experience from working with case management systems that follow ITIL. Personal qualities such as a sense of responsibility and teamwork are important.
We are looking for a person who has structured ways of working, project working style and ability to create good customer relationships. You also have the ability to quickly get into an IT problem and understand what information is needed to solve it. Communication skills both in Swedish and English are necessary in this position.
