You will be responsible for Access Control and IT support in Sweden and will collaborate closely with the colleagues in Denmark, Norway and Germany.
The tasks include:
• Supervision and participation in access control task in connection with concerts, festivals, cultural events, etc.
• Setup and configuration of equipment for access control
• Instruction and training of client staff conducting access control
• Recruiting and scheduling of our own part time access control staff
• IT service and support to organisers, promoters, etc. via mail, phone and site visits. Tasks include:
• Application and printer installation on Windows PCs
• Troubleshooting - both on-site and by remote login
• Writing manuals and documentation
• Be part of the IT duty rotation from 9:00 to 20:30, 7 days a week. Currently one weekly duty per month.
Your profile
• You have good technical insight, and you like to have a detailed overview of IT systems
• Since you will be working very independently, you will need to be structured and goal oriented
• You have good oral and writing communication skills in Swedish and English.
• You have a valid Driver's-license
• It will be an advantage if you have experience from the ticketing and/or events industry
• Experience with the following is also an advantage: Configuration of a LAN/WAN (IP addresses, Gateway, Subnet, Firewall), network printers/spoolers through Windows and Mac OSx, Wi-Fi network (Channels, signals, encryption etc).

Varaktighet, arbetstid
The majority of your work hours will be between 9.00-17:00 but a high degree of flexibility is required to support access control activities. You should expect 5-10 travel days per month.
