We are looking for an IT Administrator, so if you are dedicated and like to work in a collaborative environment where we make progress together, both when it comes to our product and our growth as individuals, this is something for you!
What you will do
As an IT Administrator at Oneflow, you will work closely with just about everyone, from our developers to our sales, support and HR. You are responsible for internal IT support, our growing catalog of IT assets, including laptops, cellphones, accessories, networking and wifi equipment. Additionally you are responsible for hardware and software- licenses, software accounts such as Slack and Google Workspaces and just about anything we use to create fantastic products.
We are looking for a person that has hands-on experience of organizing, optimizing and improving an asset catalog, office wifis and all kinds of internal systems. You love looking for ways to simplify and automate your own job while enabling and supporting teams in a fast-paced environment. All of Oneflows employees enjoy a mix of working on location and remote which add another dimension to the challenges you face. You will also be involved in onboarding new employees and handling offboarding processes together with managers and HR.
Who you are
You have experience in internal IT support and directly managing IT assets, networks, systems and licenses
You are keen on implementing and promoting sustainable IT practices and continuously improving them, you also value attention to detail and process discipline
You are knowledgeable and experienced with Apple products,MacOS, MDM, Google products, Notion and Unifi
You love to implement training programs to enhance the IT skills of employees across the organization
You have experience in onboarding new employees and handling offboarding processes
