What you'll do?
As the IT 2nd line support you'll belong to a team where your main responsibility will be root cause analyzing of faults and problems that occurs in the processes in our factory. You will work with both already released processes and new once that are under development together with the Manufacturing IT Software team.
Additionally, you will do the daily supervision of the yield on different levels of the production. Analyze yield drops, compare between different products, production lines etc. You will also help educating production personal/troubleshooters on Manufacturing IT. Help the Manufacturing IT Software team to troubleshoot stations in production. Propose and introduce improvements in cooperation with production and the software team

You already have a solid base and knowledge within IT and Lean Production, maybe you work as a troubleshooter today and like to take the next step in your career. We presume that you thrive in environments of constant learning and discovering new ways of working. Where you can put your problem-solving skills to good use. You have the flexibility to change perspectives, switching from seeing the situation from a bigger picture and then at the same time going down to details. Since you're used to work in manufacturing your also know that priorities can change during the day and you have no problem changing gears if necessary during the day. While you at the same time have a good sense of structure and know how to keep deadlines.
You enjoy working independently, driving your own processes, but understand your role in the team and what you're all trying to accomplish. Communicating both with internal and external stakeholders, as well as educating/instructing employees, is nothing new to you. Instead you like to network and have a way of connecting with people so that they understand the new changes and ways of working. Since you're used to working in international environments you're no stranger to the English language or communicating to people from different parts of the world. Although, also being able to communicate in Swedish is required.
We believe that with the aid of your skill of working under pressure, still not losing your meticulous eye for detail you can help us forward to reach the next step within automotive and electronic industrialization.
Level (diploma) required:
• Secondary school diploma in Automation/IT
Other required skills:
• Documented experience working with Lean production, through education or work life experience is merited
• Good technical experience within troubleshooting
• Experience in troubleshooting software applications, communication issues, hardware issues, etc.
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both in writing and speech
Merited skills:
• University degree in Automation/IT or equivalent work life experience
• Experience within FMEA
• Experience working with yield and data analytics
