As the Sweden Robotics IS/IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring stable and secure IS/IT operations for our Robotics division in Sweden. Reporting to the Local Division IS Manager, you will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with stakeholders to define, manage, and monitor processes to meet IS/IT service requirements. Your responsibilities will include process design, service operations, governance, compliance, stakeholder management, and providing 2nd level IS/IT support for the Robotics division.
You will be part of a team delivering support for Robotics Sweden, you are part of the Swedish organization, and the position is stationed in Västerås, with workplace ABB Robotics Finnslätten.
Please notice this is a fixed-term employment until September 2025.
Your responsibilities
Define and maintain IT processes/services, ensuring delivery within established safety and quality procedures.
Support the implementation of IS services and process improvements, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and provide effective communication on IS/IT initiatives.
Provide 2nd level IS/IT support for Robotics division, including active directory management and shared folder support.
Consult and provide input for changes or projects impacting IS operations.
Proactively identify opportunities for IS/IT improvements and share best practices with the local business and IS teams.
Collaborate with IT teams and suppliers to ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the quality of infrastructure services, monitor SLAs, and drive improvement actions as needed.
Your background
Master's degree with 3+ years of IT experience supporting IS infrastructure and application services.
Experience in manufacturing or production-related infrastructure/applications is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and business focus.
Knowledge of ITIL framework is advantageous.
Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
Self-starter with a commitment to excellence and ability to take initiative.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
