Do you want to work with the best economists in the Nordics? Do you want to apply economics to real life problems? Do you want to have an impact? Copenhagen Economics is currently looking for a talented transfer pricing consultant with excellent economic skills and years of experience within transfer pricing to join our IP Valuation team. We are renowned for providing our international clients with an impactful alternative. This includes applying state-of-the-art economic models for transfer pricing valuations of intellectual property, intangible assets, services, and functions - e.g. the design and documentation of transfer pricing systems, determination of license fees for intangibles and services, post-merger integration, business restructurings, and the transfer of functions. What do we offer you? Working for us, you will get a chance to enable our clients worldwide to make better strategic decisions. For example on which markets to invest in, how to build economically-optimised patent portfolios, how to monetise own IP in licensing, sales and leaseback as well as insolvency situations. You will help them to defend their case against tax authorities and other public bodies or against private opponents in case of IP disputes.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
You possess drive, business orientation, and the ability to interact with a variety of interfaces. We also expect you to have: A M.Sc. in Economics; strong knowledge of business administration, finance, and tax; 2-3 years of working experience from transfer pricing; excellent English skills, additional language capabilities in Swedish, Danish, Spanish or German are a plus; preferably education/study or working experience outside Sweden. As you will work with critical client assignments where you will be encouraged to contribute to increased customer competitiveness, it is important that you have personal drive, high energy, and is a humble team player. You also like a delivery oriented environment where you have the ability to adopt an analytical and strategic approach.
