IoT Operations
Whether you are already immersed in the cloud, or coming from an on-prem IT environment eager to dive into the world of cloud technologies, this role will for sure bring you new insights! As an IoT and Cloud Support Engineer at Globe Technologies, you'll join an established team at our Hedenstorp R&D office in Jönköping.
From connected tools to autonomous lawnmowers and vehicles you and your team will together play an essential role in keeping our battery-driven devices connected globally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Providing technical support for IoT and cloud systems, ensuring their smooth functioning
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IoT devices and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve IoT and cloud systems
- Assisting with the development and implementation of automated deployment scripts
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience, or a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency or interest in cloud services (AWS preferred, but experience with other platforms is valuable)
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
