As Invoicing team leader, you will be in charge of the invoicing process for different business units and in relation with the business and customer, you will be a referent for the team and key-user for a least one process/system. You will organise the team work and make sure processes are followed.

On a daily basis,
• You organise the team work
• You control and validate the processes, you improve processes
• You are managing and following up of customer Sales Orders in order to be able to invoice - You control and validate the timesheet of the consultants and make sure they can report their time
• You control and produce the customer invoices in compliance with customer requirements
• You guarantee the revenue recognition and participate to monthly closing by validating the WIP
• You are the main contact of Business Managers for all topics related to administrative follow-up of their activities (creation of project, set-up of selling price, set-up of invoicing elements)

You will be part of an invoicing team of approximately ten persons and will report to the Head of invoicing and controlling. The position is based in Göteborg-Lindholmen.

To be considered for this position we expect you to have a Master degree and a previous experience of at least 5 years in an administrative department. You speak both Swedish and English. We would appreciate if you have an experience in cash collection. Knowledge about Agresso is a plus.

You like to work on process improvement and solve problems. You would like to evolve for a managing position.
