We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Logistic team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
In broad terms, Team Logistic is expanding its scope form being responsible for everything that moves, to as well as planning the activities before the move commences. Our mission is to support Northvolt 's growth and expansion with logistical an planning expertise and to create a robust operational framework, within which Northvolt units can operate. In parallel, we must secure sustainability of our solutions while maintaining supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Spend time on the shopfloor
• Encourage correct usage of the digital tools used for material movement
• Notice inventory deviations (and try to understand the root cause)
• Correct found deviations and report issues back to correct stakeholder
• Support scrapping process development and implementation
• Raise improvement proposals in forums aiming to increase inventory accuracy
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills as you will work in close collaboration with colleagues from many different team
Technical interest and curiousity about working within production
Accuracy, good at following instructions, high work ethic, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
Good English both written and oral skills. Basic Swedish and other languages skills is a plus

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
A degree in MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
2+ years working experience in Logistic
Excellent English written and oral skills

Bonus points for:
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
Experience from a multi-cultural environment
