Sandvik Tooling is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global market-leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for cutting operations, as well as of blanks and components.
We are looking for an Intranet Manager to further strengthen and develop our internal communication. The position is based at the Sandvik Tooling Headquarters in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
As Intranet Manager your main responsibilities and tasks include:
• Being responsible for the look, usability and organization of the Sandvik Tooling Global intranet
• Creating, editing and producing content on the Sandvik Tooling Global intranet
• Ensuring that the Sandvik Tooling Global intranet supports the corporate strategy
• Managing the strategy and future development of the Sandvik Tooling Global intranet
• Working closely with Sandvik Group web communications to create and maintain intranet policies and guidelines
• Using web analytics to track progress
You will report to the Sandvik Tooling Communication Manager.
Your profile
You have professional communication skills, derived from education or working experience, and very good knowledge of how to use an intranet as a communication tool and channel. You have at least two years relevant work experience. Basic HTML skills are required. Knowledge about intranets in a Lotus Notes environment is advantageous, as is experience in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
As a person, you are pro-active with the ability to lead and structure your own work. You can cooperate and see the "big picture" and promote the necessary changes. Furthermore, you have good project management and organizational skills and you possess strong language skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
