Resurs Bank is looking for working students who can join our commercial, product and strategy team and support us with various projects and assignments. You will work part time, typically 5-20 hours per week, depending on your availability and the project needs. You will work at our headquarters in Helsingborg, but over time remote work can be enabled. You will get to work closely with the banks leaders and learn from their experience and expertise and contribute to the bank's strategy implementation and monitoring.
As a working student at Resurs, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging assignments that will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the banking industry. Your assignments will vary, but mainly be related to;
• desk and market research, performing in-depth analytics and writing reports
• You will be actively coached by our subject matter experts, who will provide you with feedback and guidance throughout your projects.
• You will also get to present your findings and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders and contribute to the decision-making process.
• By working with us, you will gain valuable insights into how a challenger bank operates and competes in a fast-changing market.
On a personal level
We welcome both Nordic students as well as expats from all over the world and we are seeking students who have;
• high capacity, strong analytical skills and excellent writing skills in English.
• You should be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Engineering, Science or Economics, and have a keen interest in the banking sector.
• You should also be able to work independently, proactively and creatively, and have a positive and collaborative attitude.
