hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Siftelsen Rudolf Steinerseminariet i Södertälje The International Youth Initiative Program (YIP) offers a new social entrepreneur training in Järna, Stockholm, for young people aged 18-25 who want to create a positive social change in the world. It is an action-orientated venture seeking to provide young people with opportunities to recognize their potential to work with each other and with communities, thereby enriching their own lives as well as the lives of those with whom they come into contact.
The year begins 25th Aug 2008 and will be open to participants from all around the world. English will be the spoken language.
YIP seeks a native English speaker to coordinate all aspects of the international internships for our program as well as day-to-day onsite administration.
Experience in implementing youth initiatives, international relations and marketing is essential. We are looking for someone who even has experience in coordinating youth volunteers, restaurant management and who is dedicated to working towards a positive social change. You must be a team-player and have excellent communication skills .
Knowledge of anthroposophy is a must.
Experience of living and travelling abroad is an advantage.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Establish and maintain International networking with YIP partners and projects.
• Establish and maintain the legal structure for YIP.
• Establish and maintain program's localities, including accommodation, food and educational facilities.
• Allocate financial resources
• Allocate guest lectures
• Ensure a consistent process and approach across the project implementation
• Ensure International project update and reporting in key indicators
• Ensure that the project performs its work properly and is well accounted for to all stakeholders
• Analyze and provide project solutions that ensures project continuity
• Develop and maintain positive working relations with all YIP partners inside and outside the country
• Mentor participants on a weekly and as needed basis
• Facilitate group activities
• Coordinate international internships in collaboration with existing social projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with international fiscal sponsors
• Facilitate International internship
• Run Anthroposophical study groups upon participants requests
