We are looking to hire a few selected candidates for our international graduate program created to develop future leaders for Expansion and Global Sales. If you have the drive and ambition to build H&M globally, this is the opportunity for you!
The program
Working across functions within Expansion and Global Sales you'll gain exposure to key areas of our business and establish a network of colleagues around the world. The program starts in September 2016 and runs for 12 months. The first two months you will be based in the headquarters in Stockholm and the rest of the year you will be abroad in some of our markets. After the program you will get a position within one of the functions and continue to work outside of Sweden for at least the following three years.
Your profile
We can guarantee that you will get fun, challenging and exciting tasks but how fast you develop depends on you. In order for you to be successful in your role we believe you need to have:
• An interest in H&M and the retail business
• A degree in business or engineering
• International experience from studying, working or living in different countries
Fluency in English is required, while fluency in other languages is meriting.
