Ghost Competence is looking for an International Key Account Manager to Trelleborg and their product areas Truck & Diesel and Trelleborg Industrial Antivibration Solutions. We are looking for a market-oriented engineer with an interest in development and working in an international organization. To be successful in this role you should be self-driven, open minded and have the ambition to contribute to the success of the company. This position is an employment directly at Trelleborg.

Arbetsuppgifter
Main tasks for the Key Account Manager are:
• Responsibility for sales and marketing within key direct customers
• Identify new business opportunities
• Development of long term strategic relationships
• Business Intelligence
• Tenders and negotiation
• Project Management

This position is primarily responsible for annual sales at a level of 20 MEUR to global industrial OEM-customers.

You will be located at our site in Ersmark, Sweden, together with approximately 200 colleagues and you will be working with resources at other Trelleborg sites globally. The job includes travel to customer and other sites both nationally and internationally.

We are looking for you who are business-oriented, open-minded and self-driven. You should be customer focused and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications
• University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Minimum five years' experience in technical sales of premium brands
• PC knowledge (Excel, ERP, CRM)
• Experience from working in an international organization
• Swedish and English skills, written and spoken is essential. Additional language skills is a merit.
• Experience from technical sales, preferably within automotive
• Knowledge of polymeric materials and solutions, especially in antivibration- and sealing applications are considered as advantages.
