The Volvo Group International Graduate Program gives you a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking, and professional and personal development during 12 months. Sounds pretty useful when you just graduated right? The journey is not over when you have completed the 12 month program, it continues here at Volvo Group and at Product Cyber Security department within Group Trucks Technology. What you can become after the program? That is up to you. We believe in your development and that you are the one setting the course for our future.
During the program you will work in projects, have learning activities and have one international assignment. You will also learn, and participate in different training sessions about, subjects like diversity, personal development, project management and cross cultural communication. You will have both individual and common graduate activities. Some will be at Group Trucks Technology, others at other companies within the Volvo Group. As we mentioned earlier the program also gives you the opportunity to see the world; we will spend three weeks of the program in different countries together with the whole global graduate group. Where we are going? Come join us and see. Last year we were in Sweden, India and the US.

Product (vehicles and services) cyber security is of increasing strategic importance for Volvo Group as critical enabler for the business and product focused areas: connectivity, automation and electro-mobility. Product Cyber Security department at Volvo Group Trucks Technology is the centralized function within Volvo Group with the mission to drive the holistic product cyber security management strategy and implementation together with cross function organizations to secure that product cyber security are managed in line with Volvo Group business and product strategy to create value for our customers and the society.
What will you do?
As a Product Cyber Security Analyst, your main tasks will be to participate, and as you grow into the role, lead different analytical initiatives for Volvo Group based on the understanding of Volvo Group business, organization and products. This includes:
• Perform product related cyber security analytical tasks, for examples:
• Vulnerability and impact analysis
• Threat intelligence analysis, e.g. threat modeling and attack vectors
• Incident analysis and response
• Contribute to the holistic product cyber security management strategy and framework
• Support the implementation and follow up of product cyber security management policies and solutions.
• Support the cross function continuous risk management operations.

• You have a Master of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science, preferably with specific education of cyber security or information security.
• We expect you to have previous internships or equivalent experience within business in some way.
• You need solid English skills and a valid work-permit for Sweden.
• Since this is the opportunity for you who does not know everything yet, but wants to learn, we think that you should have a maximum of two years previous work-experience prior to, or after, graduation. That is in order for us to actually be able to live up to our promise about developing you in hyper speed.
• If you have international experience or have been active in extra-curricular activities then that is definitely a plus.
• As an individual, you need to have strong communication-, problemsolving- and interpersonal skills together with perseverance, energy and a drive to always improve. It is also good if you are business oriented, as product cyber security is not only a technology manner.
