International Region Business Office
Position
In this position you will be part of Volvo Buses Region international which is the fastest growing region with the greatest market potential for future (including China and India).
Product Management and Business Development function is a team of 8 people located in Sweden, China, India and Belgium and responsible, among other things, for strategic planning for the whole business region.
The position is strategic in nature and includes high level interactions with our commercial areas (Asia -Pacific, India and Middle-East & Africa) as well as with the corporate strategic functions in Volvo Buses.
Tasks would include:
Formulation, communication of strategic plan and monitoring of key strategic activities for Volvo Buses Region international (Oceania, Asia, Middle-East, Africa, CIS).
Support in implementation of the key strategic activities in our core markets.
Business office (work planning) and decision Governance for Business Region International.
Travel
Limited travelling is required, 2-3 times a year in the International region (in addition to the International Graduate Program activities)

Overall requirements:
We are looking at highly motivated high potential candidates with the following profile:
• Master of Science or Business Administration
• Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
• Excellent spoken and written English (Additional languages are given merit)
• Maximum of two years previous work-experience prior to or after graduation
• International experience is meriting
Additional requirements
Experience or exposure to Asian culture is a plus
Interest in the public transport sector and new technologies (electric vehicles, connected vehicles).

1st choice: Master of Science or business administration or Economics + MBA
2nd choice: Master of Science or business administration or Economics
