To maintain and enhance SKF's strong brand image and reputation, it is essential that all units throughout the Group comply with all its corporate policies, rules and standards. There is now an
opening for a Non-Financial Auditor, to assist in the monitoring of compliance with all non-financial policies and instructions.
The main focus areas are:
Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management; Corporate Social Responsibility; including labour practices and business ethics; Business Process Management.
Position Summary:
Auditing of the Group's units for compliance with non-financial Policies and Instructions.
Development of procedures for compliance monitoring and auditing.
Advice to units on compliance issues, while working in a variety of different cultures.
Position Requirements:
University degree, plus minimum of five years relevant work experience in an international environment.
Trained to Lead Auditor standard, plus auditing experience.
Good knowledge of management systems, such as ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Good communication skills in English. Fluency in another language would be an advantage.
Willingness to undertake extensive travel.
