We are an expansive and international company that delivers sustainable, innovative and high-quality products and services to train operators and builders worldwide. Our product line consists of couplers, gangways and crash management systems for the rail industry.
As an Internal Supply Planner, you support the business by directing the supply chain of items in between the totally 18 Dellner sites around the globe and with special focus on the site in Sweden. The internal sales supply planner works at the Planning function and report to the Global Planning Manager. The department works with supply planning, production planning, freight forwarding and supply chain development.
Our suppliers and customers are both internal and external. The work involves close collaboration with all Dellner functions.
Your role
The role as Internal Sales Supply Planner includes monitoring needs and placing orders on materials according to production needs and ensuring timely deliveries. The responsibility also includes analyzing inventory levels, ensuring that the ERP system is properly configured and set up with the right master data - and thus enabling intelligent planning.
We assume
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English and have good communication skills.
- You have experience and knowledge in M3 or other ERP-system.
- You are a quick learner, have an analytic mindset and understand logistic flows.
• You are service-oriented and take ownership combined with good collaboration ability.
Success factors
In this role, you need a large work capacity and be able to plan you work by yourself. You enjoy taking action and you prioritize quickly and adjust your level of ambition according to the needs of the business at the moment. It is important that you have a good numerical and analytical ability including good knowledge in MS Excel for data processing.
