At present we are seeking for an Internal Sales and Operations Specialist (part-time) for our sales branch in Stockholm (Sweden).
The tasks to be performed are listed below:
• Carry out sales quotes
• Be in charge of purchasing orders from customers
• Help the external sales staff to plan the business trips
• Be in charge of administration issues
• Answer the phone
• Deal with customers directly (on the phone)
• Deal directly with the headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments, problems, delivery times, prices and so on
• Other operations and administrative tasks
The requirements for the job are:
• Background: commerce, business administration, economics, social sciences, languages, marketing, customer service or similars are accepted
• Advanced English
• Other languages are highly appreciated, mainly Spanish and Swedish
• Organized people, willing to take part of a project within an international environment
• Highly developed communication skills
• Experience in managing sales operations and customer service: 1-2 years required
• People that feel comfortable when working in small teams
