hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Qbrick i Stockholm As an Internal IT System Technician, you will be a part of the Qbrick Operations team containing of five System specialist that operates the Qbrick 24/7 environments. Your main duties will be to make the internal IT systems work smoothly. This includes taking care of the office facilities like printers, laptops, conference rooms, network and Wi-Fi installments. When people join or leave the company, you will follow and develop our processes for on- and off boarding those people.
Administrating our mobile phone subscriptions, access cards and alarm system will also be among your tasks. We have both offices and data centers in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. In Sweden, our office HQ and core data centers are located and in the regions we have sales offices and distribution POPs.
In the role, you will co-work with our colleagues at IP-Only that are responsible for some or our internal systems like mail, finance and time reporting. As the role for internal IT might not keep you 100% busy all the time you will be helping with routine tasks needed in the operations team, i.e. visits to the data centers for racking or installing equipment, reviewing and verifying system configurations are correct etc.
To be successful in this position we think you are a natural talent for quickly understanding a problem and for helping people resolving them. You have just or will soon finish your higher education within IT is eager for your first job. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems for both clients and servers and how these works are one of your areas. In addition, you should be comfortable with managing an Active Directory.
You see IT as your hobby and big interest. You are a self-going person that spots areas of improvements and take action on those. If you are interested in streaming it 's a bonus and with us, you will find all possible expertise in that area to address that interest of yours. You need a driver's license. You are fluent in English or Swedish.
You are a team player who are structured and self-going. It 's important that you have the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks and you have a pedagogic way of being. You want to develop yourself and learn new things.
