Your role:
We are looking for a new colleague to our internal IT-support team at APSIS. As an IT support Technician you will be helping the employees at APSIS with their day-to-day IT issues.
These include:
Hardware and software (Microsoft and Apple environments) maintenance and troubleshooting
Manage, maintain and purchase other technical equipment
Manage and monitor user permissions
Supporting employees at our HQ in Malmö as well as our 8 other offices around the world via phone and email
Proactively improve and initiate new routines and processes
Required skills:
At least 2-4 years experience of working in an internal IT support role or a similar supportive service role
Basic knowledge in managing Active Directory
Knowledge about hardware and software in both Microsoft and Apple environments
Fluent in English & Swedish, written and spoken
Bonus skills:
Experience within implementation, administration and troubleshooting of Cisco products and antivirus management systems
Relevant education in IT or network is an advantage
Knowledge in managing Google G suite
