Internal IT Administrator
We are looking for an Internal IT Administrator to handle day-to-day IT-related issues, as well as striving to improve the internal IT infrastructure of the company. The perfect candidate for this position is someone who is enthusiastic about all things IT and looking to work in a stimulating and diverse environment.

The right candidate for this position will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. You will report to the Information Manager, but is encouraged to take own initiative, which is why flexibility and strong organizational skills are a must.

You likely have a few years of experience working with IT in a client based environment. Moreover we believe you are an enthusiastic, humble and sociable person who thrive in a flexible and creative workplace, and will contribute to maintain the positive and stimulating atmosphere that characterizes Play'n GO.

Responsibilities of the Position
• Manages day-to-day internal client interaction
• Sets and manages internal client expectations.
• Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction.
• Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Relays relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner.
• Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of internal IT.
• Serves as main point of contact on internal IT helpdesk related matters.
• Responds/acts on upper-management direction.
• Provides internal training programs when needed.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Minimum 1 year of IT employment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services such as EC2, VPC and
• An understanding of core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, Firewalls, NAT and VPN
• High level of motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with business, technical and experience team members
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Desirable Skills
• Knowledge of Sharepoint and related products.
