hela Sverige Experis Finance are looking for an Internal Control Specialist for our client, a big international company located at Kungsholmen in Stockholm. You will be charged with effectively collaborating with the external auditor and proactively supporting the methodology and execution of Group's internal control program. The assignment will start mid August and proceed initially until end of the year.
Key operational responsibilities
Coordinate the external audit process:
Assist the external auditors in defining the annual audit scope and instructions
Evaluate the performance of the external auditors and propose improvements to the process
Coordinate the results and reports from the external auditors
Manage the external audit fee agreement process
Coordinate approval of additional services by the external auditor (i.e. audit and non-audit services)
Participate in tender process
Provide program support and independent oversight for ECS including:
Act as a business partner, proposing actions to improve governance, internal control and risk management processes
Support in the planning, communication, monitoring, reporting, and follow up of program activities to help ensure that controls are implemented and that weaknesses are identified, understood, and addressed
Support in the development and delivery of training
Competencies needed
• Likely to have 3-5 years internal control or audit experience, with a business degree
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Team player
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Integrity and respect
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Functions effectively at many organization levels and relates well to individuals from different cultures
- Experience from Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) projects is meriting
- Experience from developing and conducting training activities is meriting
- Experience from internal controls and/or audit within an SAP environment is meriting
- Must speak and write excellent English, other languages a strong merit
