hela Sverige We are seeking a candidate to fill our Internal Communication position located in Frösundavik, Solna.
As an Internal Communicator you have a very broad and central role in the organization and work closely with Marketing and HR functions. Your principal responsibility is to deliver high-value communication supporting strategic priorities across the country. Support the Swedish Country President and business leaders, defining and implementing the internal communication strategy and plan the country to increase the understanding and contribution of managers and employees to the business strategy and priorities of the company, driving a culture of dialogue, reinforcing people engagement and hence the business performance of the country. In this role you will have a coordinating role for the Nordic & Baltic zone and the Zone President.
You will also ensure alignment with the Global Internal Communication mission and roll out its strategic approach, principles, processes and tools. In particular, leverage the global channels and tools (Spice employee portal, Spice social, Open lines etc.) in order to increase impact and efficiency.
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years experience in communications/marketing in global companies
• 3+ years working in a global role with multicultural exposure and working in matrix organizations
