hela Sverige We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to strengthen our Corporate Communications team. The team is responsible for the group's internal and external corporate communications across all offices and channels.
LeoVegas Group has big growth ambitions and to achieve this we need the entire company to understand where we are going and how we are going to get there. Creating this understanding is a top priority in our internal communications work.
Our main channels of internal communication are regular weekly and monthly meetings for the entire Group and our internal WorkVivo-powered platform "The Den". Through The Den, we share internal news articles, keep everyone updated on what is happening across departments, celebrate achievements and spread best practices.
This year we want to drive up engagement with our internal channels even further and create more content targeting our internal stakeholders.
We trust that you help us with:
#MASTER INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Producing content for internal use, primarily writing news articles. Master and curate our internal communications platform "The Den".
You will bring new ideas on how to communicate successfully, prepare and organize Town Hall meetings and produce high quality presentation materials for internal use.
#SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGERS
In the communications domain you will be working closely with our Communication Managers. The communications team also works closely with the Group's employer branding team. You will build and maintain a broad internal network across different departments and offices.

Do you have experience in this?
You have a proven track record of producing quality content on a regular basis and you are a quick and excellent writer (in English)
You have a strong sense of storytelling and know what good communication looks like
You have good project management skills and understand what it takes to drive processes forwards need
You are tech-savvy with design skills and an eye for detail.
You have either studied communications and PR or obtained the skills whilst working with communications.
