• * Alfa Laval is looking for communication professionals to particiapate in the interesting and challenging development of Group Internal Communication activities. The role of GIC, Group Internal Communications, is to ensure that all employees understand and feel engaged to contribute to reaching the overall goals of Alfa Laval and to support vital strategic initiatives. **
The role of the Communications Officer is to participate in the development of employee communication on the intranet and act as editor and producer of Group strategic information.
Main tasks are:
• Act as editor of Group content, news and functionality on our intranet
• Participate in the development of a new intranet
• Plan, monitor, and promote the intranet as communication channel
• Produce, edit and publish information in Group communication channels and participate in other communication activities of GIC
• Work closely with and support the other members of Group Internal Communications, GIC
Ideal candidate profile:
• Very good knowledge of internal and web communications
• Very good writing and editorial skills
• Preferably previous experience from international company or consultancy
• Bachelor degree in communications
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing and good knowledge of MS Office programs
The position is besed in our HQ in Lund and reports to the Manager Group Internal Communications, Susanne Dahlman. It starts out as a temporary position, due to paternity leave, but the intention is to make it permanent.
