hela Sverige Our Marketing & Communications Department is looking for an Internal Communications Officer to operate in out Nordic perimeter - Sweden and Finland.

THE FUNCTION
Working closely with the External Communications Officer in the Nordics, you will have the key role to define strategies and deploy the communications plans to:
• Inform & engage employees
• Enhance employee experience
• Attract talents & potential clients
YOUR MAIN PROJECTS AND MISSIONS ARE:
• Organizing events
• Creating digital contents for the internal & external use (newsletters, articles, videos, presentations...)
• Managing the intranet for both Finland and Sweden
• Developing the internal ambassadors' communities
• Managing merchandise material
• Planning and executing fairs and events - both targeting candidates and customers
• Participate in international transversal projects
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
• Education: master's degree in Management, Communication or Marketing
• Experience: Up to five years of professional experience
(Where previous experience from an international environment is a plus)
• Language: Professional (C2) level of Swedish, Finnish and English
• Skills: good writing, summarizing, and communication skills. Good project management abilities
• Location: Stockholm (preferably) or Helsinki.
The position is a full-time and permanent position, with a probationary period of 6 months. Starting immediately or according to agreement. Business travels to Finland and within Europe will occur.
