MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Our Support Manager is going on parental leave for 6 months and we are therefore looking for an entrepreneurial Interim Support Manager with technical support or customer service experience! As Support Manager you will have strategic and operational ownership of the development and maintenance of the full Samsung support offer through contact center, web and other platforms towards B2C and B2B customers. You will be based at the Nordic HQ in Kista and report to the Customer Satisfaction Director. Your team consists of 4 people.

This is an exciting position in a fast moving environment where you will get the opportunity to influence and communicate cross functionally with all levels of company management!

In this role you will have overall ownership for Contact Center operations, online support operations, knowledge and competence management and VOC department thru your four staff members. You will negotiate and own the Contact Center vendor contracts and agreements and manage projects and development of new supporting platforms. As Support Manager you will also be the Contact Center & Support spokesperson toward the European- and Global Headquarters.

You will work with:

• Developing and manage Samsung Support Callcenter operations – B2B and B2C according to set contractual targets
• Monitoring and follow up on vendor performance
• Ensuring online support offer is up to date with internal guidelines
• Ensuring information exchange between HQ and support team
• Ensuring that the information regarding products, processes, service is up to date

Background:

• Several years of experience from Technical Support or Customer Service operations on a management level
• Call center management experience
• Project management and Customer Satisfaction analysis experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience in call center operations
• Strong communicator and presenter with the ability to influence and inspire
• Relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
