About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at EIT InnoEnergy. At the end of your contract there may be other opportunities either within EIT InnoEnergy or at their partners.

This is a temporary post in which you are responsible for the whole marketing & communications area within the Nordics at EIT InnoEnergy. You work closely together with all Swedish departments at EIT InnoEnergy and central communication colleagues.
Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role as Marketing & Communications Manager at EIT InnoEnergy you have a divided responsibility, first and foremost towards all corporate marketing and communications activities. This includes a responsibility for the strategic marketing plan. You create and co-execute the strategic marketing plan based on the business strategy. Second, you will be responsible for promoting EIT InnoEnergy and supported assets in Scandinavia to support our positioning, brand awareness and credibility, thought leadership and lead generation.
You work hands on with numerous of activities addressing multiple target audiences to realize EIT InnoEnergy's mission and company's objectives towards the Nordic region. You also contribute to content creation for European-wide MarCom activities, including corporate newsletter, annual report, websites, social media channels etc. Support the regional team in the organization of/participation at local events to position EIT InnoEnergy, coordinate and arrange the participation in energy related events pan-EU with the innovation teams and thematic leader. Finally, you will travel across Europe for quarterly European Marketing meetings.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Marketing or Business Administration
• At least five years' relevant working experience in a strategic marketing and communications role within the B2B sector
• Excellent spoken and written abilities in both Swedish and English.
• Experience and knowledge in WordPress, HubSpot or LinkedIn campaigns is an advantage
• Experience in the energy sector or technology or start-up/innovation related environments is an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you are a person who is self-driven, can work in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to different tasks and focuses. Furthermore, you are well organized and can prioritize among various projects and goals. Since you work alone in the marketing field in the Nordics, you are capable of both working strategically and hands-on and you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to accomplish the functions long- and short-term goals.
