We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to our client within fintech for an assignment of initially 6 months with possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and be able to manage a wide range of HR functions, including, employee relations, performance management, rehabilitation matters and training & development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Manage trade union negotiations as required
• Monitor and maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, benefits, and compensation information
• Liaise with our People Operations team on administrative tasks relating to benefits, certificates, payroll questions etc.
• Participate in HR projects as assigned
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making job offers if needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• A few years of HR experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of Swedish labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Payroll experience is a big plus
• Experience from Tech or start-ups is a plus
