Are you a creative and ambitious interaction designer interested in working towards improving people's lives all over the globe? Then this could be a great opportunity for you!

At Trialbee, your work will be used to engage with patients and help them with their clinical trial journeys, which in the end will help them improve their lives. Since our products are not created for mainstream use, it's important that you understand the needs of our specific target groups.

We believe a candidate for this role will be able to effectively present design work and create user-friendly products. As Trialbee's new Interaction Designer, you will be an integral part of our Product Development team in Malmö, Sweden.

Main Responsibilities:

Crafting user flows

• You will transform complex tasks into intuitive designs
• You will need to anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensurethe final products are empowering, efficient and enjoyable

Creating wireframes

• Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, to effectively communicate your ideas to your colleagues

• Assess the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for improvement

Building user interface mockups and prototypes

• Develop high level mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas between product development and engineering teams

You should have:

• 4+ years of experience in interaction design/UX design
• Proficiency inSketch, prototyping tools or wireframe techniques
• Excellent visual messaging skills to create great user experience
• Creative, flexible, and meticulous working style
• Ability to work through ambiguity
• Ability to effectively communicate your ideas
• A portfolio to demonstrate your interaction design skills
• The belief that trust, collaboration, responding effectively to change and having fun at work is key!

Good to have:

• BSc degree in Interaction Design, User Interface Design or equivalent
• Product life cycle experience
