hela Sverige Currently Volvo IT needs to strengthen the team of skilled personnel with focus on integration and industrial IT solutions. Integration Delivery Center (IDC) is a global functional team within Volvo IT with responsibility for all integration deliveries for entire Volvo Group. With its 100 plus integration resources spread over 9 different sites IDC is an exciting and challenging work environment. IDC is currently expanding heavily; therefore we are looking for Integration Project Manager that wants to work close to the technique and preferably with a passion for integration.
As an Integration Project Manager (IPM) / Assignment Leader you will work closely with our Integration Architects and Integration Developers in a global IPM team. Volvo IT IDC is a global team and the job involves a high degree of international contacts both with global customers as well as with IDC team members. You will work in a team consisting of highly competent resources with integration as core competence and passion. There is high focus on re-usability both in methods, tools, processes, competence as well as in the actual integrations.
Core responsibilities:
• incoming requests from our customers
• customer contacts within your assigned customer area
• driving assigned requests
• work allocation, work performance and administration for assigned resources
• supporting your integration architects in their requests
• ensuring IDC deliveries comply to IDC and Volvo governance, methods and processes
Critical Competencies and experience for the position:
• University degree or equivalent
• Skills in driving projects and taking full accountability
• Enjoy to work in an complex and context switching environment
• Used to work structured and organized
• Experience from working in international team
• Proven leadership skills with considerable social competence
• Formal training in leading by influence, communication and people skills
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills
Experience preferable:
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience preferably within integration area
• Experience from integration preferably Web Sphere Message Broker
• Experience from agile and scrum
