Relax Gaming operates a complex web of services and integrations to partners and customers. Nearly every project and product we do involve some form of integration to other systems. Our Integration Engineers develop and maintain this web of integration points and enjoy a dynamic set of tasks across all product verticals together with our customers.
Reliability of the APIs is, of course, a key and great understanding of web protocols and technologies a cornerstone of the Integration Engineer's skill set. A successful candidate is somewhat of a perfectionist and takes great pride in producing high-quality and well-tested code.
Required Skills:
Excellent understanding of building reliable integrations (idempotency, high scalability, error handling, parameter validation etc.)
Excellent knowledge of Python
Excellent knowledge of REST and HTTP in general
Good knowledge of scripting (bash)
Good knowledge of relational databases, especially MySQL
Good knowledge of SQL
Well versed in handling Linux environments
Great understanding of how modern web applications work and the technologies behind them
Willing to continuously learn and evolve with the industry trends
Excellent English communication skills
Bonus points for...
Personal interest in online gambling
Application container technologies
Experience on build tools and continuous integration
Location:
Preferred: Oulu or Vaasa, Finland. Other alternatives that can be discussed are Tallinn, Estonia or Malmö, Sweden.
