hela Sverige Main responsibilities:
The System Admin will act as a key point of contact for all technical requirements, administrative and operational tasks in the AX space. In addition to having a solid understanding of the following Technologies:
• Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Microsoft PowerShell
• Advanced Network management using Active Directory Domain Services.
Other typical tasks will be:
• Creates and maintains documentation with regard to configuration and procedures.
• Create and maintain end user documentation.
• Independently provides proactive solutions and recommendations to management for issues, expansion or security.
• Monitors and evaluates overall capacity and service delivery to ensure optimum performance and guides other technicians with these efforts.
Education and experience:
• University degree or similar
• 5+ years of experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX
• 5+ years of experience with multiple operating systems or software applications in a regulated environment.
• 5+ years of User and Server Administration in Windows 2008 and 2012
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Microsoft SQL server
• Responsible for Security and compliance standards around group policies
• Solid understanding of Microsoft client/server platforms
• ITIL V3 or 2011
Skill Requirements
• Strong desire to understand the needs of Beckers production operational needs, and the business, and the ability to apply the appropriate technology and process to solve the business requirements
• English: Excellent written and oral skills, any other language is a plus
• Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and adjust based on business demands and changes
• A person with positive spirit, even in times of high pressure and big workload
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow written policies and guidelines, and general security principals, and apply and interpret them to everyday situations
• Strong written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills
• Ability to function well within a team and support team members where needed to provide the best service possible to our customers
• Willingness to travel
