hela Sverige We are looking for an Insurance Manager for the Customer Insurance team of our captive finance organisation. The Insurance Manager will be part of a driven and successful team, and will work extensively with the financial service units of the TRATON brands as well as their respective sales and service networks. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support the brands in developing their Customer Insurance product and services
• Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in order to create a common Insurance product back bone for TRATON Financial Services
• Coach and guide local business units in development of their Insurance setups
• Coordinate projects and processes with various TRATON group departments
• Arrange and co-ordinate sharing of knowledge and best practices with other functions and business units either digitally or in seminars, meetings, and workshops
YOUR SKILLS
• At least 15 years experience from the Insurance Industry
• A broad knowledge of working with product and process development in the Insurance industry across various lines of business, but Motor Insurance in particular
• Possess good knowledge of product distribution in terms of mediation-compliance structures
• Experience from working in a global organisation
• Exposure in developing Insurance products for commercial vehicle leasing companies is a merit
• Professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are considered as an advantage
• Strong social skills and a well-developed ability to create a professional network
