Are you interested to join the Project Management Office as an Installation Site Supervisor?
Our mission within E&CA Cluster Installation is to deliver installations excellence; on time, on cost, with quality. We are contributing to profitability in the capital equipment business and supporting growth of the technical service business.
We are now looking for an Installation Site Supervisor, to join our successful team, responsible to lead site installations execution for packaging equipment within the PMO1 Area (NWE/Nordics), with full accountability for the installation project result following the Installation to Performance process.
There will be travelling up to 75% of the time within the area countries with focus on Nordics countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland).
Main responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate day to day installation site activities and resources
• Participate (hands-on) in the execution of Capital Equipment installation activities
• Lead on-site communication, reporting, visual board updates and meetings
• Lead identification and management of installation project deviations
• Lead implementation and maintenance of working standards on site
• Participate in the preparation of Tetra Pak, the customer and the installation site
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
Qualifications
As a person, you have customer management, and technical skills. You have a good level of analytical problem solving methodology, good understanding of service business and customers' needs. Beside that you are a self-driven, decisive, highly motivated and independent personality, your communication and presentation skills are on the highest level.
The successful candidate has:
• University diploma or technical degree in Electrical, Automation, Process or Food Engineering fields.
• 5-10 years of work experience within FSO and packaging installation projects
• Working experience in SAP/R3, PLMS on-line, Rockwell automation, LC30+ iLine
• Experience with filling equipment, food industry and installation projects is an asset
• Fluency in English beside your native language is required.
