Job summary:
To maintain, solicit and grow customer base. Be responsible for selling
profitable solutions via telephone to customers within assigned territory. In
addition, role may also require appointments to be set for Sales Specialists.

KPIs:
• Monthly sales
• Innovation product sales in line with targets
• Measure of calls made
• Number of qualified buyers
• Number of orders

Key Accountabilities:
• Complete outbound telephone calls to current and prospective customers and own the
business opportunities these create for products and services.
• Maintain territories when Sales Specialists leave the business or are on temporary leave.
• Handle incoming customer calls with the intent of extending contract to sell new or additional
products and / or services and to provide customer satisfaction and retention.
• Generating quotations and following these through to order conversion.
• Invite customers to attend trade shows.
• Follow up on campaigns that have been initiated.
• May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less-experienced inside sales
positions.
• Attend periodic sales training where applicable
• Use Synapse or any other defined LMS platform effectively.
• Ensure adherence with all compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times.
• Ensure adherence to NCH Europe's health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of
all NCH Europe Agents and Employees.
• Adhere to and drive NCH Europe's core values.
