Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing revenue and strengthening relationships with customers. As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with increasing revenue from customers by getting the customers to use more of TransAtlantic's products, as well as contribute to great customer experiences.

The tasks
• Proactive sales to existing customers
• Provide sales and customer support aimed to build stronger customer relationships and customers' confidence in using . TransAtlantic's network
• Actively arrange to have customer issues attended and resolved
• Active engagement with existing or potential customers through tele-sales, email-campaigns, and occasionally meetings
• Compilation and follow up of KPI's
• Provide market feedback on offering and services delivered
• Assist booking and invoicing with administrative support
• Prepare sales reports

Who are we looking for?
• You love sales and are result oriented
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Problem solving skills
• You are reliable
• You have 3-5 years working experience in shipping and/or logistics
• You are experienced in working with customer relations and/or in-sales
• You are experienced in working with Microsoft software, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• You are fluent in Swedish and English. Preferably you master a third language (Polish/Finnish/Dutch)
