ESAB Gothenburg is the global center of excellence for R&D with appr. 200 employees which covers most functions as R&D, Sales, Strategy, and support functions. We are located on Lindholmen Gothenburg.
The role
Inside sales and customer service are integrated with the sales department. The department develops existing customers by offering our product range and introducing new products. You will have a continuous contact with our customers via e-mail and phone calls. Within ESAB you are in contact with our sales- and service department, as well as product development.
The position is a temporary position, for the duration of one year.
Responsibilities
As an inside salesperson, you will support our sales organization in Sweden and Finland by staying up to date on customer needs. You will actively process and develop existing customers with questions regarding support and advice the in a professional manner to guide them to the right product, part or solution. You will also act as backup to the other Nordic, and the Baltic countries. You work in our business system MOVEX /M3 and CRM system, Caesar (SuperOffice).
Your responsibilities will include:
Follow up on promotions
Handle logistics and delivery inquiries
SDS -Certificate Inquirers
Collaborate with purchasing/planning units within ESAB
Profile and required competences
To be successful in this role you have experience from a position with customer service and contact. You are communicative and can convey information to customers and other colleagues at ESAB in a structured and professional manner. You are a team player with a creative and solution-oriented mindset. You are responsive to what the market is asking for and convey it to relevant departments within ESAB.
We hope you are experienced in some of the areas below:
Microsoft Office
Sales cycle and understanding of the process
Worked in CRM-systems
IT-Knowledge
Manufacturing industry, preferably welding
Finnish language is very meritorious
Swedish and English is a requirement to hold this position.
