You will together with your manager and team in Sweden and Dallas plan and place orders.
Mainly focus on planning and maintaining a good inventory of never out of stock products as well as some new products. You will be in daily contact and maintain a close relationship with our suppliers globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop a good understanding of the assortment and purchase cycles.
• Analyze sales trends and make purchase planning.
• Make the purchase orders and follow up.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with our suppliers.
• Work with supply chain and logistics to make sure we have the right products at the right time in inventory.
• Maintain and develop a good item structure in our systems.
You Are
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Positive minded and fun to work with + enjoy a high phase environment.
• Organized with good admin skills and like to pay attention to details.
• Good skills in Excel and other planning tools.
• Excellent skills in English both in writing and verbally.
• Flexible and solution-oriented team player.
• Working out is an essential part of your lifestyle and you would love to work in a fitness environment.
Even though we highly value the right personality, we require that you have appropriate education and/or a couple of years work experience.
Location: Stockholm, overlooking the water in Hammarby sjöstad.
Working globally, but employment by our Swedish company Swedish Fitness Trading AB: 6-month trail and after this, permanent position.
