Habanos Nordic AB is the market leader in the premium segment and is represented on all Nordic and Baltic markets. Some of our famous brands are Cohiba, Montecristo, Romeo y Julieta, Partagas and Hoyo De Monterrey.
The position as a buyer of Cuban premium cigars with us involves daily contact, in Spanish, with suppliers and partners in Cuba. Placing orders, inventory planning, booking deliveries and careful quality control when the goods have arrived. Quality control places high demands on knowledge in manufacturing and cultivation of the product. Extensive knowledge of Habano's product range, size, flavors and limited editions is a requirement.
A requirement is therefore long-term (minimum 10 years) and documented experience of working with Cuban premium cigars.
Budgeting, as well as monthly reporting takes place regarding the purchases of Cuban premium cigars.
You must have Spanish as your mother tongue and be able to express yourself freely in English, as well as have experience of working in business systems.
The pace is occasionally high and this places great demands on stress tolerance.
The permanent position is full-time, with a fixed monthly salary according to agreement.
We have 15 employees and sit in nice premises in western Frölunda.
