Tetra Pak Packaging Material Sunne AB is responsible for manufacturing of Tetra Rex and Gable Top packaging material and implementation of converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear customer focus and world class manufacturing standards.
We are now looking for an Ink Technician to join our organisation.
The position will be placed in Sunne.
You will work daytime and report to the printing process manager.
Main responsibilities
• Solvent and UV Offset colour matching, formula and drawdowns creation per demand from Design department
• Maintain colour matching database and equipment's calibration
• 5S at colour matching area
• Ink stocks counting and reporting, Optimized ordering from Siegwerk and order, delivery and consumption management and reporting via SAP.
• Performance monitoring, data collection and KPI reporting of related ink and process topics.
• Problems solving of ink related topics with printing cell, In-house and Siegwerk.
• Communication and reporting of ink related topics to Siegwerk and printing cell
• Support ink related cost saving activities, like Press Return stock management
• Drive and support WCM activities
• Support press trials (ink tests, fingerprint, migration.)
Qualifications
You are familiar with printing ink, printing process and applications.
You possess good communication- and coordination skills and you have a proactive attitude and the ability to manage independently within given frames.
Your english language skills are good as well as your computer skills. You handle MS Office tools in a natural way. SAP, colour management and dispenser software's skills are considered a merit.
Suitable education or background.
