The Nordic subsidiary is looking for an Inhouse Service Engineer
Primary purpose & overall objective of the role:
Contribute to the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide the customer with a level of service and trust developing the company's image.
Serve customers by managing the Service Engineer help desk, the workshop and the organization of Field Service Engineers interventions.
You will report directly to our Nordic Field Service Engineer Manager, based in Helsinki, and you will be part of Nordic Service Engineer team.
Main accountabilities - Missions :
1. Helpdesk (75%) : Advise, guide and provide the necessary support to customers who contact the Helpdesk (phone, emails...). Guarantee an effective answer and follow-up from the first customer contact, and try to fix the issue as much as possible before triggering an intervention at customer site. Record, analyze and deal with customer complaints and questions.
2. Organization & Coordination of FSE activities: Organize and prioritize the FSE interventions in order to meet the rate of On-Time Preventive Maintenance and Time for intervention Indicators.
3. Processes/QA : take in charge the implementation and the description of processes for SE Helpdesk ,Workshop and Field activities in partnership of the QA department.
4. Tool implementation : Be the referent to implement new tools related to SE Helpdesk ,Workshop and Field activities (SAP, CRM etc...)
5. Field (25%):, install, maintain and repair instruments distributed by bioMerieux at customer sites
6. IT support function : Be able to help and act as support specialist for IT & LIS connections and implementing the ViLINK development for remote services.
7. Continuous improvement : Analyze documents, tools, processes, organization to make proposals for improving the quality and image of the service, as well as optimize its profitability.
Desirable background and characteristics:
• Master degree in technical domain such as electronic, networking and strong experience with lab systems connectivity and LIS-interfaces.
• Minimum two years working experience of similar work preferable from the field of clinical diagnostics field
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English are mandatory
• Driving license is mandatory
• Personal profile characterized by customer focus, result focus, solution orientation and service minded approach
• Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
• Self-driven and innovative
• You will be based in the Swedish office in Göteborg
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite is mandatory
