Infrastructure support for the Lighthouse team's owned services like Graphite, Grafana, OP5, Central SLO and Wallscreen.
• Developing and maintaining the team's IT infrastructure, which includes server and storage systems, network and security infrastructure, and related software and hardware components
• Providing technical support to users and teams across the organization, ensuring timely resolution of issues and incidents
• Collaborating with other IT teams to implement new infrastructure improvements in the cloud that are cost-effective, flexible, and secure
• Monitoring the performance and availability of the infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and disruption of the team's services.
• Managing data backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity in the event of a disruption or outage
• Implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures to protect the infrastructure and data against unauthorized access, theft, and other security risks
• Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials for infrastructure and network systems, processes, and procedures, to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed and educated about best practices and policies
• Participating in cross-functional teams and projects, collaborating with other departments and teams to achieve company goals and objectives
