JOB/SKILLS
The role includes planning, delivering and operating infrastructure services and solutions for internal users. You will also secure a stable environment and optimizes the solutions and services to the agreed service levels in a cost efficient and timely manner. The test environments are built on standardized network and IT infrastructure solutions that our client customize.
The daily work includes analysis and implementation of customer requirements, building as well as changing application/network configurations, and using system monitoring/troubleshooting tools to give best-in-class support to our clients users. The work is performed in teams working in agile influenced processes - cross both organizational and geographical borders. Finally, you will be expected to engage in how our client constantly can improve their services in terms of efficiency, quality and technology.
Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor or Master?s degree in Information Technology or Computer Systems.
You have at least 3-4 years relevant work experience from Softaware development or IT Infrastructure Service delivery.
You are experienced in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting virtualization platforms such as VMware or OpenStack, preferably in combination with IT environment automation by e.g. Puppet or Ansible.
You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge. You enjoy working in teams, with people from various disciplines and you can communicate with others in English.
