hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Hoist Kredit AB i Stockholm Hoist Finance are looking for an experienced and driven Information Security Officer to be responsible for establishing, maintaining and overseeing the enterprise-wide vision, strategy, architecture, policies and programs to ensure information assets are protected.
This also includes ensuring that regulatory and legislative requirements are complied with.
The role
This position reports to Head of Group Security and is placed in our Stockholm office. The role will require travelling on a regular basis mainly within Europe.
The area of responsibility will be information security across the group. Although this position reports to Head of Group Security, close cooperation with other departments in this matter will be required.
Main areas of responsibility
• Monitor, control and support the management of all information security risks that may occur in the business.
• Further develop and maintain a group wide Information Security Management system.
• Develop and implement a strategic information security plan according to agreed KPI 's.
• Conduct annually Information security risk assessments in each country, in conjunction with the Head of Group Security.
• Conduct and develop Information Security awareness training programs to all employees.
• Ensure that Hoist Finance entities operate in alignment with information security standards.
• Monitor, support and control Information Security matters in the procurement process.
• Report on information security performances of the respective entities.
Desired skills and experience
The right candidate has at least 5 years of experience within the Information Security area as a CISO or the like and holds one of the following certificates CISSP, CISM or CRISC (or similar). Further, fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Knowledge of the regulatory environment, experience within the bank & finance sector as well as experience of developing ISMS (Information Security Management System) is also a requirement. Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage.
