About the position
Perido is looking for an information editor to our customer who is a global giant within the automobile sector. This assignment is based at a section in the concern that manufactures engines. The placement of the assignment is in Gothenburg but in these pandemic times one is encouraged to work at home. A start up meeting could be arranged though. Assignment length is estimated to 10 weeks.
Your daily tasks
The company has recently made a larger migration of their spare parts catalogue to adapt to the new digital landscape. Your mission will revolve around rectifying faulty or incomplete data which has been found. These will be your main tasks during the assignment:
Manually check part and verify drawing and name of the part, add correct Techla-ID from an Excel spreadsheet for translation purposes.
For parts within the standard range (Designation "Standard" in KOLA), naming needs verification towards the standard. (Screws, nuts, bolts etc.)
Log all changes in master Excel spreadsheet

Your qualifications
To be successful in this role your administrative skills will have to be on point. You manage to work rapidly while keeping a high standard in the work you perform. You have an eye for details and always work with structure which has helped you in previous administrative roles. Lastly, your skillful in handling large amount of data which you organize impressively.

Requirements
Experience from administrative role including organization of data.
Computer skills, especially in Excel
Great communication skills

Meritorious
Experience from development documentation and knowledge in KOLA, Rapid and spare parts system GLOPPS.

Contract type and hours
Full time. Start ASAP. Assignment length is estimated to 10 weeks.
