While we have customers from more than +150 countries, our main focus is growing our user base in Europe and in the US.
We are looking for a driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join Natural Cycles to help us expand and scale our rapid international growth while keeping an excellent marketing strategy through influencers in Sweden, UK and the US.
As Influencer Marketing Manager you will work in a marketing team of 10+ people and help the Influencer Manager to create and manage campaigns cross markets. The job includes scouting, selling and creating strategies and campaigns for influencers whilst coordinate the marketing in line with all other marketing activities.
As Natural Cycles is certified as a medical device, we also need to make sure our marketing complies with all regulatory standards for medical devices.
Responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring performance against targets and deliverables for all areas including:
• Performance and strategies within influencer marketing
• Scout and manage influencer campaigns cross markets (SE, UK and US)
• Research and outreach to attract new potential influencers to work with
• Identify and handle requests from potential influencers, evaluate possible outcome and make sure they align with Natural Cycles brand values
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or likely
• Experience in influencer marketing, campaign management and/or online marketing
• Experience of setting up campaigns,tracking and following up on online marketing activities
• Experience in different channels of social media
• Excellent communication skills, highly articulate in writing
• Creative, driven and highly motivated
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking
