As we are currently building the organization within NEVS and growing fast, we need to strengthen our Manufacturing function and we are therefore looking for Industrial Engineer Paint Shop
Description
The Paint Shop Departments, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Manufacturing Organization. The Paint Shop area is responsible for production through pre-treatment, e-coat, sealing, top coat and cavity vax in Paint Shop.
We are looking for an experienced industrial engineer for the Paint Shop. You will work with preparation of work stations, balancing and time study. Planning for new equipment and processes. Work with Lean production process. Within this position you will interact with both internal and external contacts.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
• Technical education or equivalent experience,
• Experience in production engineering,
• Process experience in industry,
• Experience and knowledge in time study and various balancing system
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Be a communicative, positive and well organized person,
• Be a team player with ability to plan and prioritize,
• Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded,
• Be able to manage and thrive in a changing environment
